Hello, I'm Maggie

Owner of Chesterfield Organizing Co., visual problem solver, and homebody at heart.

I know firsthand how much an organized home can change the way you feel. When your space feels clearer, your mind often does too, and home becomes a little easier to live in.

I also understand the pressure of a busy life between family, work, home, and everything else real life brings. When things pile up, it's not because you don't care. It usually means you've been carrying a lot.

My approach is grounded in years of hands-on organizing work inside real homes, continued learning around neurodiversity, and lived experience with ADHD. I also hold a Level II ADHD Organizing Specialist Certificate through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

I also completed coaching foundation work through Coach Approach Training, because the people I work with deserve support grounded in both strategy and compassion.

You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. You just have to be ready for something to shift.

Professional organizing begins by creating enough open space to clearly see what you have and what is getting in your way.

From there, we sort items into clear categories so the space becomes easier to understand and easier to work through, one step at a time.

We guide the review process and support decisions about what stays, what goes, what moves to another area, and what still needs a home.

You are never pushed or pressured. We support decision-making with patience, clarity, and no judgment, so you can move forward at a pace that feels manageable.

Once the editing is done, we set up practical systems that fit your real life, so the space is easier to use and easier to maintain long after the session is over.

Our lead organizer and team bring the same thoughtful, hands-on process to each project, with clear communication, supportive decision-making, and practical systems designed around how you live and work.
