Yes You Can.

"I've read Kondo methods and other organization books, but these sessions made simplicity a reality for me."

I unintentionally, let my home become one giant storage unit.

Over time, I applied Maggie's methods to other small areas in our home which has created space we really love.

Maggie put my intentions of simple and organized spaces into action and I'm so grateful.

I've read Kondo methods and other organization books, but these sessions made simplicity a reality for me."

"Kathy is teaching me how to take back control, maintain a positive mindset and to be aware of my own potential and greatness!"

When life takes over (adult children, elderly parents, house, bills, pets, work) and you become lost in this overwhelming vacuum of needs, it is easy to lose one’s own direction and purpose.

Kathy’s coaching...is helping me bring back the drive I once had! She is teaching me how to take back control, maintain a positive mindset and to be aware of my own potential and greatness!"

licensed clinical social worker

 Jennifer Barna

With 15+ years of experience helping adults heal from trauma and rebuild their lives. She specializes in EMDR and somatic-based therapies that support both emotional and physical healing.

Jennifer has worked with individuals struggling with PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and the deep emotional roots that can contribute to clutter and hoarding. She takes a compassionate, practical approach, helping people understand the connection between trauma, safety, and their living space — and empowering them to create environments that feel calmer and more supportive.

empowerment coach and meditation facilitator

Kathy Lyons

Kathy is on a mission to dismantle the stigma around meditation for busy moms. A self-described do-it-all mom and professional, Kathy understands the anxiety and overwhelm that can come with juggling all the things! In an effort to gain peace and move away from perfectionism, she embraced a no-pressure, self-compassionate meditation practice, and discovered that you don’t have to “get it right” to reap the benefits. As an Empowerment Coach and graduate of the Guided Meditation Framework, she now shows moms how a simple peace practice can lead to greater productivity, easier problem-solving, and a happier life.

If this sounds like an event made for you,

consider this your personal invitation to join us on January 10th.

After six years of supporting women in their homes and online, I’ve seen how heavy it can feel when your physical, mental, and emotional spaces are overflowing. I know what it’s like to carry so much that slowing down long enough to do something for yourself feels almost impossible.

And here’s the thing—every woman thinks she’s the only one who can’t seem to figure out the “right” next step to reclaim her space. But the truth is, far more women feel stuck than feel confident in intentionally creating space in their lives. That reality is exactly what inspired this event.

So if you’re feeling even the slightest nudge toward a version of your life that feels lighter and more yours again… trust it. Take this as your permission to choose yourself. Because you and I both know—until you prioritize your own needs, no one else ever will.

As always ~ Less Clutter. More You.
